Check-in Time: Starting from 11:00 AM

Performance Start Time: 11:30 AM

Please note that sneakers are not allowed for performers.
All performers and audience members are required to attend in formal concert attire. 

Male performers should wear black socks with dress shoes, and a tie or bow tie is recommended.

Per Hunter College regulations, all performers and audience members must bring a valid form of identification to enter the building. 

Without proper ID, entry will not be permitted.

If parents or guests have not completed the online application form, their names will not appear on the guest list. In that case, they must register at the front desk upon arrival in order to enter the building.

The total duration of the event will be approximately 2.5 hours (roughly 11:30AM- 2PM), including around 2 hours and 15 minutes of YMS Musicians performance time, a short intermission, a 13 minute special finale performance by the Artistic co-Directors, as well as the award ceremony and group photo session.

During the performance, please refrain from talking, making noise, or moving around the hall. Any disruptive behavior may result in being asked to leave the venue. If you need to step out for any reason, please do so only between performances. All electronic devices must be set to silent mode, and flash photography is strictly prohibited.

*If younger performers or accompanying family members are unable to stay for the entire concert, please inform us by responding the MAY 8, we completely understand. 

However, due to Hunter College policies, once you leave the building, re-entry will not be permitted, and you may miss the award ceremony at the end of the event.
